The restroom is a touchy subject. No one really wants to say ‘toilet’ (or loo, or commode). You just want to know where to go when you gotta go. And we get that. All Gender Restroom Signs work to alleviate some confusion.
• We're adding some transparency. We’re highlighting what’s behind the stall and putting it right on the door. And oh, look, it’s a graphic you recognize.
• The designs grew from The Good Men Project and Sam Killermann at It's Pronounced Metrosexual. His site offers "resources to be shared in an effort to advance social equity…that help people to be better people."
• Choose from several colors and options based on your facility’s accessibility and location. These ADA-compliant signs are made with high-quality materials and Grade II Braille.
• We borrowed California's geometric signs, which you can buy separately or as a kit.
Check with your local municipality to see if you need to follow any specific color or compliance requirements.
